ATTENTION MEMBERS OF THE CARAVAN & MOTORHOME CLUB – SOUTH EAST DIVISION

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the South East Division of the Caravan and Motorhome Club will be held at:

Venue: Churchill C of E Primary School, Rysted Lane, Westerham, Kent, TN16 1EZ Date: Saturday, 18th October 2025

Time: 11:00 am (prompt start)

All committee positions are open for re-election:

  • Chair

  • Deputy Chair

  • Administrator

  • Treasurer

  • Digital Champion

  • A valid Caravan and Motorhome Club membership card (physical or digital) is required to attend, speak, and vote at the AGM.

Nominations

  • Nomination forms and role information are available from the Division Administrator:

    administrator@camcshoutheastdivision.org.uk

  • Forms may be returned by email or by post.

  • All completed nomination forms must be received no later than 11:00 am on
