NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the South East Division of the Caravan and Motorhome Club will be held at:

Churchill C of E Primary School, Rysted Lane, Westerham, Kent, TN16 1EZ
Date: Saturday, 24th October 2026
Time: 1:00 pm (prompt start)

All committee positions are open for re-election:

Digital Champion

A valid Caravan and Motorhome Club membership card (physical or digital) is required to attend, speak, and vote at the AGM.
Nominations

Nomination forms and role information are available from the Division Administrator:

Forms may be returned by email or by post.

All completed nomination forms must be received no later than 11:00 am on
Saturday, 3rd October 2026.
Camping
There is the opportunity to stay on site with your caravan / motorhome from Friday 23rd October 6:30pm leaving Sunday 25th October 3pm. Kindly hosted by East Kent Centre this year.
